The hotel’s very close to Torta Brava, also we could easily access playa delfines. We can recommend it with confidence. 30 minutes by car from the airport.

The hotel was really good in all ways, very good service, good room, a lot of swimming pools and a beach. Definitely to recommend!

The breakfast is quite expensive 25$ for buffet, however it deserves this price: there is a wide variety of food. The hotel is clean, silent and suits to the desires of relaxation. Also I like a gym - there is everything you need, if you want to keep fit
I am exhausted by the staff of the restaurant Aioli, which is inside of the hotel. If they undertand that you don't want to pay tips, they'll cease to serve you. Also we faced with an unpleasant situation connected with this staff: they underwrote tips of 5 $ by themselves every day to our bill!!! It was awful!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The resort itself is pretty and the pools are fabulous.
There was construction going on next door (building a new Secrets) which was loud while at the pool. There was also construction going on in the hotel itself which was also loud.

There was no sign. Was very hard to find the hotel. It's need some upgrade compare to the other hotels in Cancun.

Nice beach, good food and drinks. The room was very clean.
We booked a room for 3 adults and got a room for 2 adults and a child. Our complaints didn't change anything. The only solution they offered was to buy another room.

The staff is phenomenal, friendly, helpful, accommodating and they had a good sense of humor. The view from our room was not spectacular but you could see the water. The beds were comfortable and the food was very good. I would definitely go back.
There were minor variations in the room vs the room description provided with the reservation, there was no sitting area, rain shower or robe.

The staff was very willing to help with all needs we had. I had a few issues with my clothes and they were extremely nice and helpful.
Internet access was very expensive. Most hotels I've stayed have it for free, which is really a plus! That was the worse thing about this hotel. Another is that the room had a humid/unpleasant smell. (Like the mop they used was smelly).

We spend in hotel 3 days during October. The were not lucky with weather, but anyway there are a lot of entertainments inside the hotel. Very good and clean pools, close to see, you will be able to find tour for you (dolfphins, Chechen Itza etc). Staff was good, but they do not speak english. Take your spanish dictionary wi
I booked the room included breakfast, but anyway in the morning cleaning lady knocked the door and asked about the breakfast in room, that costed 40$ for two of us. There is a hude building in progress near to te hotel, a lot of mud not in the hotel, but around it. One day in the morning they made noise sounds. If there will not be development right near to hotel, I will advise my friends to love there...

nice beach, huge room, away from party zone
Blankets were dirty, they build a new hotel right next to Meridian, which means noise all day, you heard everything in the rooms next to you, extreme expensive breakfast (about 30 $)

The facilities were beautiful and food was excellent.
2 things: 1) only 2 computers in business center and cost to use internet from room and 2) tried to book a second room at the front desk and they could not give me the rate I could get by going online and booking through another company.

The hotel staff was just "ok" but the day we got there, they told us they did not have the type of room we had reserved, so they were going to make an upgrade. At the end of the check in, they told us that the only inconvenience was that we had to change the room the next morning. We told him that was a very big inconvenience because we didn't want to change and pack again the next day. The man in the reception was not nice at all and he just said, I am sorry , there is no other way. We had to change then next day. The buffet wasn't great and the hosts were really bad in the seating service. I would honestly go to another hotel next time.

Hotel is gorgeous. Pools are wonderful. Staff is really nice and helpful.
Not enough healthy and vegetarian food options.
